Vu and his partner were awesome to come out, same day, during the nasty ice storm today. Everyone else was busy until Thursday or Saturday but Vu made my day to get my water back on. He quickly found the leaks and had them repaired. He gave me fair prices and I am grateful for his knowledge and commitment to getting the job completed in a short time.

Second: Vu diagnosed the problem and gave me a rational price. Third: Unable to work within the confines of a small pedestal sink he partially removed the sink from the wall and finished the job.
Fourth: He reattached the sink to the wall as though it was never removed.
Fifth: Although the job was more complicated than expected Vu maintained the initial estimate.

Did a great job helping me on short notice to get some pipes up to code for an inspection on our house renovation. I needed a separate shut off valve for my refrigerator’s ice maker. Vu requested pictures and gave me a quote contingent on a live inspection. He was courteous and was prepared to complete the job after the inspection. He gave me a realistic worse case scenario (which didn’t happen) with that price quote. He was knowledgeable about how the plumbing in houses worked and took the precaution of turning off the water to the property, not just the kitchen. He worked quickly, showed me what he had done, cleaned up after himself and told me what to look for regarding leaks. He guaranteed his work for 30 days. He accepted cash or Venmo (possibly other forms of payment too). Overall, this was an extremely painless process for me from start to finish. I highly recommend Vu for plumbing needs.
